Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Shipments may take from 3 to 5 business days to process, depending on your location. Please, note that these are only estimates and processing time depends on various factors (i.e. our volume of order fulfillments for the week, the size of your order, the types of mounting options selected, and requests made for your order that require special attention).
Replacement
All sales are final unless an error has been made on our end. If your print arrives damaged upon delivery, please, email us and attach up to 5 photos of the damaged print. Be sure to include at least 3 pictures—a closeup of the damage, a full-length image of the entire print with the damage, and two images of the damage to the packaging. This is necessary for us to process a claim with our printing lab and carrier. Please, do not discard the damaged print and packaging until you receive your replacement. No claims will be accepted 48 hours after its delivery date.
